 JR Line (Bullet train):

Bullet train is known as the fastest train in the world. We are very fortunate as we have this chance to take the bullet train to our destination, Tokuyama. The bullet train is under this company called JR Line.
JR trains are very different from Singapore MRT trains. They have schedule for different trains. Also, they have up to 16 cabins depends on the train.

At Oshima - maru and ONCMT:

The moment we arrive Oshima, we put our belongings in Oshima - maru (Training ship). Oshima maru is also the place where we slept for the 6 nights in Japan. After putting down our belongings, we walked over to the college! Oshima maru is very near to the college, we just have to cross a road to reach the college but most of the time, we will take the tunnel to reach the college. Safety first! First time meeting the Japanese students, we had some ice breakers games to break the ice! It was difficult talking to them but both parties did not give up communicating with one another. For the SMA students, we tried to talk to them using simple english whereas the Oshima students tried to understand. After knowing each other, we played badminton and also had a campus tour around the college. This sums up day 1 in Oshima! :)

Shall end with a group photo! :)
