Day 3, Sailing off~

It's the day we'd be sailing off to Kobe! We woke up for a speedy breakfast in the dormitory, then rushed back to Oshima Maru to gather and leave Oshima. It would be a busy day ahead of us, where we would end off our day arriving at Anchorage. We could not wait to learn from the crew how watch keeping, traffic route observation and anchorage would be like! This was truly an experience.

After the two sessions of watch keeping, it's time to learn the traffic route observation from the Chief Mate!

Traffic Route Observation~

After another 2 hours of watch keeping, it was time for our short rest time. Who knew that two hours on bridge would be that tiring!

Night came early in Japan~
Now it's time for dinner!

Dinner~

After dinner, we had our shower and off we go for our night watch keeping and arriving at anchorage. It was really an experience on bridge at night and we learnt so much from the crew from Oshima Maru.

Beautiful view of the bridge at night!

Finally we are done with the anchorage, and tomorrow a day of shore leave awaits us at Kobe.
Til the next day :-)

  1. I always have a minimum of 3 trays going, but I don't tend to do a shot a day. I add some to a smoothie, do a shot every other day, add some to a salad, etc. You can consume the second growth of your wheatgrass, but I have heard it is lacking in some nutrients, so I normally compost it after it is all cut.
